Albert Wesker is one of the main antagonists from the Resident Evil Series (known as Biohazard in Japan). His characteristics exhibit a cool attitude, calm and reserved, among his penchant for only wearing black, always slicking back his blonde hair, and always wearing a pair of shades, even at night in situations where shades usually wouldn't be applicable.
In the first game, he appears to be a good guy, the Captain of the S.T.A.R.S. team sent into the Arklay Forests to investigate a series of murders where apparently cannibalism has taken place. As the game progresses, more and more is revealed, showing it's an experimental virus that has outbroken into the woods and the mansion the team seeks shelter in, and that they were led there by their Captain himself for combat data.
Though it appears that he was killed in that incident, he actually faked his own death by injecting himself with a virus he recieved from his long time colleague, William Birkin, which, once attacked and impaled by the Tyrant, brought him back to life as something else, no longer human. In addition to this, Wesker also now has uncharted abilities where strength is concerned, and also appears to have increased mobility, speed, and reflexes. The term which many have settled on calling him is Tyrant.
