Some Speculation: Since there's a shitload of questions and mysteries regarding Wesker's past, and his abilites, I'm going to list some of my speculations (and others speculations) here. I'll go, like always, by topic.

Origin: Wesker grew up on a farm in Minnesota...As a little boy, he enjoyed fishing, hiking, and rock skipping...

Apparently, that's probably not Wesker's past, but this is the question so many people ask and wonder about. First of all, he's got that super cool accent (when voiced by his most popular VA Richard Waugh), and it just makes ya wonder, "Hmmm, where??"

A popular answer is somewhere in Germany, originally anyway, because of his name, Wesker, which is of German descent. Now, as for whether or not he actually grew up there his entire life is a different story. His accent, after all, is a little muddled as if he may have moved around alot while growing up.

So, my personal beliefs is that he might've moved to England when he was very young, and then the states a little bit later. I figure that because of the British quality to his accent, and how it's not totally an English accent either. Of course, this is really neither here nor there because, well, how much can you REALLY base REALISTICALLY off of a Voice Actor? Not very much at all...

Uber Cool Eyes: This question goes along the lines of his abilities. First of all, his eyes...Usually, in Biology, there's always a reason for something...Take the Luna Moth for example. The big dots on its wings are to make predators thing it's actually a bigger animal than what it is, and to scare them off. So the spots aren't for decoration or whatever you want to call it.

The same probably goes with Wesker. His eyes aren't for just decoration only I'm sure. They probably offer him a number of benefits for being what he is, and in said knowledge, the only question is WHAT do they do?

Well, look at what we already know. The man can move at an incredible rate of speed. Now, imagine that you could move at that quick a pace. How the hell would you be able to see anything? Hmmm, interesting indeed.

So I think the man has enhanced vision, probably able to see things the way a bird can, at a framerate of much more than 100 FPS (Frames Per Second) unlike most humans are only able to see at. In this instance, Wesker would be able to see things normally, as if he were moving at a normal rate of speed, instead of seeing everything in a blur going by him.

He may also have some night vision, more lenses in his eyes that reflect light so that he can see in the dark, somewhat like a cats. And on that topic, he may even be able to hear and smell better as well.
